4th Annual Breakfast with Santa and a Firefighter

November 20, 2014 By FFCStaff

This year will mark our 4th year co-hosting Breakfast with Santa and a The Santa Claus CincinnatiFirefighter at the Fire Museum of Greater Cincinnati!

We are partnering with the good folks at the Fire Museum and Downtown Cincinnati, Inc. as well as Whole Foods-Cincinnati to bring you THE best Breakfast with Santa in the tri-state area!

Santa is taking a break from his busy Macy’s schedule to come and visit with us at the Fire Museum on the morning of Saturday, December 13 at 9 AM.  Whole Foods is providing a tasty breakfast spread for Santa and all of his friends to enjoy.  After breakfast there will be tours of the Fire Museum, fun holiday crafts, and story time with a real Firefighter…and to top it all off, a visit with Santa!  Don’t forget to bring your holiday wish list and grab your camera to snap some great photos with the amazing Fire Museum as the backdrop!

If you can’t make it the day of the event you can still check out the Fire Museum of Greater Cincinnati and make a day of it downtown!  Check out Downtown Cincinnati Inc.’s Holidays Downtown page and find something to do every single day this holiday season.    Start at the Fire Museum with a tour and some playtime,  grab lunch at Tom+Chee on Court Street (mmmm grilled cheese donuts!) and finish up with hot chocolate and a skate around the rink on Fountain Square.  While you are down there grab a carriage ride to see the city sights.  What a magical day!

This year we would like to invite you all to give back by donating an item to our Shriner’s Hospital for Children donation drive! We are collecting:

  • Travel sized board game (Monopoly, Clue, Connect 4, Sorry, Trouble, etc)
  • Card games (Uno, Old Maid, Skip Bo, etc)
  • Sudoku, Crossword, word search, and other word or number game books
  • Acrylic Paint By Numbers sets
  • Books and child appropriate magazines
  • Small Nerf balls

Let’s join together to give the children of Shriner’s Hospital a special treat compliments of the families of Family Friendly Cincinnati!

We’ll be opening registration for this event on Tuesday, November 25 at 11 AM.  This event has limited space and will sell out FAST (I think the record is 23 minutes!) Tickets are $5, child or adult, and everyone must have a ticket to enter.  Check back here for the link to our Eventbrite listing to go live at 11 AM on Tuesday:
