The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati-Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR *Giveaway*

beauty-and-the-beast-castI am so excited about Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR coming to the Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati!!  I’m also excited that Bob Herzog will be playing Gaston!  He always makes us laugh and seems to make any character his own.  Children’s Theatre opens their 90th season with this performance of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR.

Starting Friday October 17th and running through Saturday October 25th, you can catch this performance at the Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati.  There are a total of five performances, listed at the end of this post.

If you’ve seen the movie, you know about Belle, the Beast and the withering rose kept behind glass.  But, here’s a little more about the show from Children’s Theatre:

The brainy and beautiful Belle yearns to escape her provincial life…and her brute of a suitor, Gaston.Beauty_and_the_Beast_Fixed However, Belle gets more adventurous than she wanted when she becomes a captive in the Beast’s enchanted castle! Dancing flatware, menacing wolves, and singing furniture fill the stage with thrills in this beloved fairy tale about very different people finding strength in one another and learning how to love.

Friday, Oct. 17 at 7:30 PM
Saturday, Oct. 18 at 2 PM
Sunday, Oct. 19 at 2 PM
Saturday, Oct. 25 at 2 PM
Saturday, Oct. 25 at 5 PM

    My 2 year old daughter likes the Beast the best, but I like Cogsworth. I think he’s funny because he’s such an uptight rule follower, and I can appreciate the humor because I am by nature a rule follower too, although I’m not uptight like he is.

      I’m such a dork, Gaston doesn’t have an accent! So, I choose Mrs. Potts instead. She reminds me of my Grandma☺️BTW, I tweeted it!
