Wellness by the Book Health Series

February 28, 2013 By FFCStaff

WellnesslogosWe all want to do what is best for our children and for our families and to keep our children healthy & safe.  And we want to be healthy ourselves so that we can take care of our families.  We worry about family members’ health, we are constantly bombarded by stories in the media about illnesses & medical issues, and when a child is sick we get overwhelmed when we start using the internet to figure out their illness based on their symptoms.  Health care is hard to keep up with!  Thank goodness for all of the great doctors and hospitals in our area!  But to better educate ourselves on how to stay healthy and keep our families healthy Joseph Beth Booksellers in Crestview Hills and St. Elizabeth Healthcare are collaborating to present a “Wellness by the Book Health Series”.  I am pretty excited about this informational & educational series that is intended to help families live healthier lives and understand common illnesses and health issues.   They will bring in medical experts to talk about topics ranging from Food Allergies to Sports Injuries.  I wanted to pass along this information to our readers, because the topics could be a great source of information for you and your family!

Here’s a little bit more about the series from Joseph-Beth & St. Elizabeth Healthcare:
