Cucinova Kenwood Grand Opening Celebration – Giveaway

We got a sneak peek at Cucinova in Kenwood last Thursday before their big opening day on Friday, October 3 and we loved every minute of it!

Cucinova is a new Italian fast casual restaurant featuring create-your-own Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizzas, customizable spaghettini pasta bowls, and salads, all for only $6.99!  You have more than 25 toppings to choose from when you create your own personal masterpiece at Cucinova, everything from fresh mozzarella to fire-roasted veggies.  Your pizza creation cooks to perfection in their Wood Stone oven, at more than 600 degrees, in 3 minutes or less making it a great lunch time choice, or a quick dinner when you are on the run.

I got a chance to go behind the scenes and experience pizza making first hand with Chef Joe Karam, and while I won’t be quitting my day job anytime soon, I did have a great time learning the pizza-making process by hand-stretching the dough and dressing my pizza (and then tasting the results afterward — and I did a great job if I do say so myself, it was delicious!) Not only will Cucinova serve up your own pizza, pasta, or salad creation – just the way you like it – but they will also offer domestic aCucinova drinksnd craft beer and wine along with a selection of serve yourself sodas, lemonades, and teas.

Your kids will love Cucinova because they can pick exactly what they like, no sharing or picking off of those unwanted toppings.  Parents will love it because it’s one of the few places where you can make every member of your family perfectly happy at dinner time — something I am personally very excited about!
