Looking for spring flowers? Check out Natorp’s Nursery Outlet

May 20, 2013 By FFCStaff

Natorp's flowers 2013 (263x350)Spring has sprung and it’s the perfect time to make your yard beautiful.  Seeing beautiful flowers, green lawns, and trees blooming always puts me in a better mood.  Close to my home, we are fortunate to have one of the premier flower and garden stores around.  Natorp’s Nursery Outlet is an amazing place to visit.  If you need some inspiration on what plants or flowers to choose, then head on over to “the region’s largest plant nursery”. You will be glad you did.  Be sure to join their Plant Lover’s Club so you can get special discounted pricing on all the plants sold at the outlet.  Plus it’s FREE to join.  Click here to check out their online spring planting guide for some inspiration. I think that I could even handle planting some beautiful Calibrachoa (quick say that five times really fast).  My goal for this summer is to plant an herb garden so that I always have an abundance of fresh herbs like basil, rosemary, and sage.

  • Wednesday-Friday – 10am to 7pm
  •  Saturday-Sunday – 10am to 5pm
  • Open through June 30

I would LOVE to have a hydrangea bush of my own in my family’s yard! Seven years ago this month, my husband and I were married at Withrow Nature Preserve, and for our reception after the ceremony, we used blue cut hydrangeas in simple glass jars as our centerpieces. Whenever I see them, they remind me of that wonderful day, and now that we have a toddler who loves “p-etty flowas!” I’m sure the whole family would enjoy having them as part of our home turf. Thanks for the opportunity to win!
