Get 20% off tickets to see Cincinnati Ballet’s, A Midsummer Night’s Dream

January 19, 2011 By FFCStaff

Visiting the Aronoff Center for the Arts and seeing the Cincinnati Ballet perform makes for an extra special day.  The Cincinnati Ballet is offering our readers a chance to see their upcoming performance of A Midsummer Night’s  Dream at 20% off regular ticket prices.  Please use discount coupon code G1011DANCE when you order online.  The show is Feb. 11-13. Show times are 8pm on Feb. 11 & 12 and  2pm on Feb. 12 & 13. Regular ticket prices are $30-$80/ticket.

“Inspired by William Shakespeare, Cincinnati Ballet Artistic Director & CEO Victoria Morgan choreographs a colorful tale in which entanglements between two sets of Athenian lovers unravel in high comedy. All are happily reunited at last after enchanted encounters in The Big Forrest with mischievous hobgoblin Puck, and Oberon and Titanis, The King and Queen of the fairies. Full of magic and bursting with life, the ballet is set to an agile score by *Felix Mendelssohn performed by the Cincinnati Ballet Orchestra, and a cast of nymphs and sprites cast from Cincinnati Ballet Otto M. Budig Academy.” (from Cincinnati Ballet’s website).
