The Grinch is in Cincinnati

November 25, 2013 By FFCStaff

Calling all Dr. Seuss Fans!

the grinch

The Grinch is all over Cincinnati this holiday season. He first comes to town November 27 – December 1 for the special production of Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas! at the Aronoff. The classic children’s book comes to life through a musical that features known songs such as “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch” and “Welcome Christmas”. Travel to Whoville with your kids, watch the Grinch’s heart grow a few sizes and learn what Christmas is all about. Get tickets here.

After closing night at the Aronoff, the Grinch will be at blue manatee bookstore for Grinch Day. blue manatee children’s bookstore will host a special story time from 2-3pm on Saturday, December 7 featuring a reading of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. The Grinch himself will join the fun, and will be available for pictures. Get more info here.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas was first published in 1957 and has been named as a “Top 100 Picture Books” of all time in 2012 by School Library Journal.

Celebrate the season with the Grinch at both of these great events.
