NCCAA World Series of Baseball in Mason, Ohio

May 15, 2011 By FFCStaff

Shhhh, I don’t even know if I really want to do this post since I sort of like keeping Prasco Park a bit of a secret.  But, since Family Friendly Cincinnati is all about sharing fun things to do with the family, I cannot keep this under wraps.  Around the corner from my house, nestled back off of Snider Road in Mason, Ohio is a hidden gem……Prasco Park.  Prasco Park is home to Prasco Laboratories, a generic pharmaceutical company. The people who work for Prasco love working there and I can see why.  The company treats its employees great and they also give back to our community.

This month, Prasco Park is hosting the NCCAA World Series of Baseball (National Christian College Athletic Association) on their beautiful baseball field complete with stadium seating, press box, a clubhouse for the players, dugouts, video board, and great views of the field . When this posts, Division II teams will have already played their games but there is still time to see some great baseball for the Division I games that will be taking place May 18 to 21.  We’ve already stopped by a few times for the Division II games because Prasco is so welcoming.  Not only do they offer free admission to the games but they also have plenty of fun things to do for the kids. There is a fan zone filled with inflatables, games, corn hole and lots of fun.  The Mister Softee ice cream truck was even on site giving out free ice cream to all.  Wow! My favorite is the chocolate dipped vanilla cone – got to love that chocolate candy crunch.  You can also purchase food and drinks on site.

Each time we’ve driven in and out of the parking lot, a smiling Prasco Park employee gives us a friendly wave.  The are so welcoming.  So, if you’re looking for a fun time with the family then head over to Prasco Park this week. You can also find them on Facebook where they will post other upcoming events.
